Shipping Policy – SirLouisC Supply Hub

At SirLouisC Supply Hub, we work with trusted international suppliers to bring you quality products at competitive prices. Because of this sourcing method, shipping times may differ from traditional local stores.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is processed, it will be sent to our fulfillment partners for packaging and shipment.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time
Since many of our products are sourced from international warehouses, delivery times typically range between 7–20 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier handling the package.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States / Canada: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom / Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Australia / New Zealand: 8–18 business days

  • Other international destinations: 10–20 business days

Please note that unexpected delays may occur due to customs inspections, high shipping demand, weather conditions, or courier issues.

Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method available for your order. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear in the carrier’s system.

Multiple Packages
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses. In such cases, items may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
SirLouisC Supply Hub is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided and the package cannot be delivered, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact our support team. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and provide a resolution where possible.
